Zachary is a solicitor in Aitken Whyte's criminal, traffic law and drink driving practice. Zachary obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Griffith University in November 2017, and in 2018 completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and was admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Zachary has a broad range of skills obtained over several years while working in a criminal defence and employment law firm on the Gold Coast and the Darling Downs, and with a boutique practice criminal law and migration law firm in Brisbane. Zachary also clerked for a leading barrister specialising in criminal, regulatory and enforcement matters. Zachary has either appeared in or instructed counsel at mentions, committals, trials and sentences in the State and Federal Courts, and also instructed counsel during the Trade Union Royal Commission.
As a solicitor with Aitken Whyte, Zachary appears in various jurisdictions for simple and complex criminal matters, including traffic, drink driving, domestic violence, and drug matters.
Zachary believes that a strong relationship and communication with clients is key; this is reinforced by Zachary’s natural ability to communicate effectively with both clients and legal professionals. Zachary understands that each individual case is unique, and he is focused on providing his clients with tailored legal services leading to the best outcome for them.
